General Terms and Conditions

Rooms
The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm. If you arrive after 11pm, please let us know in good time. We will then put the room key in the room safe in the letterbox. We will give you the code for this. On the day of departure the rooms may be used until 11 am.

Hall and old kitchen
The rooms on the first floor are accessible by lift and are suitable for seminars and retreats, celebrations, weddings, banquets or public cultural events.

Terms of payment
Individual overnight stays must be paid for on the day of departure. For seminars and festive events, we will be happy to issue an invoice, which must be paid 14 days after receipt. We reserve the right to require advance payment for guests from abroad.

Cancellation
Cancellation of the definitive reservation must be made in writing. The following compensation must be paid for the contractually agreed services:
For individual room bookings: Cancellation is possible 2 days before the overnight stay. After that we will charge for the first night. In the event of early departure, we will charge an additional 1 night.
For rooms and room bookings for groups (5 rooms or more):
- Cancellations up to 21 days before the event are free of charge.
- up to 7 days before the event, cancellation costs 30% of the contract amount.
- up to 2 days before the event 100% of the contract amount.

Liability and insurance
The hirer is liable for all damage incurred during the hire. Insurance is the responsibility of the hirer.

Data protection
The protection of our customers' privacy is very important to us. We therefore handle their data with care. The data is stored in our company for future simplified bookings, but is treated confidentially and is not passed on.
